Short Intro and About the Job

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

• Own and manage Danone Japan order to cash process. (order processing to billing)
• Maintain and pursue high customer service level.
• Perform trouble shooting for outsourced vendor (Order Processing Center) and internal stakeholders
• Own Order to Cash process BCP.

Lead OTC process and Customer Service continuous improvement and projects.

• Support Kumamoto Order Taking Center Monitor the daily process/activity in Kumamoto especially focusing on the mistake and confirm the root cause with Kumamoto center SV and leader, find the solution and provide the training for improvement, and report the status in weekly team meeting and monthly CS meeting.  Sort the status and condition of customer by reviewing the Gyoumuiraisho (業務依頼書)。In order to make sure the order taking to be executed properly, update the order condition to Kumamoto timely when it is changed or new added. Understand the learning phase of each staff and be able to adjust or propose the training plan based on the status/result and provide the right feedback to team and management• Manage the Bellwell, support center working in night from 18:00-8:00 Manage the activity/status of Bellwell, and recognize the problem and take action for improvement, and report the status monthly Ensure the service level of Bellwell and provide the timely support in case.• Manage customer delivery cost upcharge Minimize extra cost of customer delivery. Take initiative to establish smooth operation. Take action to reduce extra truck cost.• Invoice detail, and credit management Make sure the daily process is running well without any delay or discrepancy Resolve the variance of invoice vs. payment once happening Update the credit status weekly or monthly to related department and follow the procedure to manage the credit in order not to impact the daily order.  Provide the timely confirmation for invoicing process. Ensure the substituted monthly invoicing task to be executed well • Update the activity to related department and customers Sort the activity information and update it to customers properly.• Team collaboration Work collaborate with other functions and resolve conflict if any.• Daily report managementAnalysis the daily report, find the issue and report to related department and follow up the improvement result

About You

CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background

• University Graduate
• TOEIC 600+
• Over 3 years of customer care or consumer care experience.
• Over 3 to 5 years of experience in overall SCM (FMCG or Dairy Background preferred) is advantage.
• Over 2 years of field sales experience is advantage.
• EDI or sales order / invoicing process with related master data knowledge
• SAP process/operation knowledge
• High communication skill with internal customer (sales and stock controlling team) and external customer (person for order, logistic or sales).
• Data Analysis Skills and Experience
• Advanced Level of Excel skill
• Basic Level of Power Point
• Basic Level of Access Database and/or Power BI
