AB Staffing Solutions is seeking passionate, experienced BCBAs to join our growing education team in Washington! We partner with highly engaged schools where collaboration, student growth, and innovation come first.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Kent, WA (multiple school sites available).
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week, full academic year contract.
- Schedule: Follows the district school calendar – enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays off!
- Weekly Range: $2,437 - $2,737.50 per week (depending on experience).

As a School BCBA, you’ll:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments.
- Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Monitor behavioral data and adjust interventions based on student progress.
- Provide support and guidance to paraeducators, RBTs, and school staff
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and district procedures.
- Support students with behavioral, developmental, and communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA Certification (BACB in good standing).
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Washington State licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings (3+ years ideal).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
