About the Role HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based ABA team in Fayetteville, NC!

To support your professional growth, we provide paid on-site CPR training and Safety-Care® certification.

What We Offer:

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities in Fayetteville, NC
• Monday-Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by 6:00 PM
• Optional weekend make-up days

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
