Special Requirements
US Citizenship required to obtain Public Trust
DHS CBP Cleared preferred
Bachelor +3 or more years of experience
Stong preference for Federal experience

The Gist…
Our Business Process Analyst (Financial Operations) provides financial management and operations support to our CBP Office of Finance client. This includes reviewing and processing financial transactions. This position reports directly to the project manager and provides support to the clients located in Indianapolis or Washington, DC offices. This role requires in-person support.
What Your Day Might Include…
- Assisting with daily financial transaction processing.
- Performing analysis of financial transactions over time.
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail when receiving, reviewing, and processing all incoming documents.
- Responding to client and customer inquiries with clear, timely, and professional communication, both verbal and written.
- Collaborating effectively with internal teams and internal CBP customers to resolve outstanding issues and provide updates as needed.
- Providing accurate and timely information for all work products and communications, both written and verbal.
- Recommending opportunities for process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation.
- Developing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing completed and planned work.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 or more years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred:
- Active CBP Background Investigation or reciprocity strongly preferred.
- Strong preference for Federal experience.
- Strong preference for financial or accounting experience.
