Cost Management and Optimization: Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify areas to optimize costs, cost reduction and improve operational efficiencies. Act as a co-pilot with operational teams to understand and influence cost drivers. · Financial Reporting and Analysis: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with regional requirements. Support both the Corporate and Business teams with internal control processes specific to the Operations function. § Inventory Management: Oversee the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes. Provide recommendations for inventory control to minimize losses and optimize working capital. Collaborate with operational teams to reconcile physical inventory counts. § Standard Costing: Improve and maintain standard costing processes for the manufacturing sites. Establish and update standard costs for materials, labor and overhead. Make suggestions on improvements to existing processes & procedures around cost analysis, standard costing process, budgeting and inventory management. § Financial Planning and Strategy: Lead the financial planning process for manufacturing and supply chain operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial and ad-hoc analysis in collaboration with plant management teams in coordination with regional Finance and Ops teams. Support Finance Business Partner and Plant Management team with financial insights to support decision making and drive efficiencies at the manufacturing site level. § Collaboration: Provide support and guidance with the manufacturing and supply chain operations.
