The role
As a Global Supply Chain Performance Analyst at The Magnum Ice Cream Company, you will have a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the end-to-end supply chain performance landscape within a leading global FMCG business.
You will support the management and analysis of key supply chain performance drivers, ranging from material costs and logistics expenses to inventory optimization and business waste management. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Investment Relations, Procurement and Planning, you will contribute to performance improvement initiatives and help drive data-based decision-making.
This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic global environment, where you will develop strong analytical, financial, and operational skills while supporting initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and service performance across the supply chain.
What you'll be responsible for
Performance management and analytics
Monitor, analyze, and report key Supply Chain performance indicators, including material costs and controlled costs.
Support the preparation of regular performance decks, dashboards, and management insights.
Assist stakeholders in understanding performance drivers and identifying improvement opportunities.
Digitalization & Automation
Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual activities.
Support the development and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
Help improve data quality, governance, and analytical capabilities across supply chain processes.
Data Quality & Governance
Monitor data accuracy and consistency across supply chain systems and reports.
Ensure adherence to data governance standards and reporting requirements.
We're looking for someone who has
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain Performance Management, Controlling, FP&A, or a similar analytical role within a global FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods environment.
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience working with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as SAP, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Understanding of supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.
Experience with AI, automation tools is considered an advantage.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
