What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute supply chain improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery against timelines and objectives
- Analyze complex challenges, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to strengthen supply chain resilience
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve performance through data-driven insights
- Support the design and evolution of the global supply chain network to meet customer service goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Demand, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to enhance planning and execution processes
- Assess material and information flows to drive both tactical and strategic improvements
- Lead or contribute to supply chain transformation and optimization projects (e.g., make vs. buy decisions)
- Drive process simplification, standardization, and scalability across regions and businesses
- Leverage and scale best practices across multiple business lines to maximize end-to-end value
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and continuously improve outcomes
- Incorporate digital, data, and automation capabilities (e.g., AI/BI tools) into supply chain operations
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking with a structured problem-solving approach
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change
- Ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions
- Strong communication skills in a global, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
Nice to Have
- Experience with end-to-end supply chain transformation or consulting engagements
- Exposure to Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
- APICS CPIM or similar certification
- Experience in electronics or manufacturing environments
- Awareness of digital supply chain tools (AI, BI, advanced analytics)
