Process Analyst / Tester Italtile – IT Based in Northriding

Type of person:

A proactive and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in test automation and process

analysis (“a unicorn”). This role drives the setup of automated testing frameworks, integrates

automated tests into CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines, supports

program testing and debugging, maps business and technical processes, and maintains accurate,

compliant documentation. The Tester / Process Analyst will work closely with both the

development team and business stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement in software

quality and the efficiency of testing and process documentation.

Core Functions:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.

• Select and implement appropriate testing tools and technologies.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Execute manual and automated tests across SAP and mobile platforms.

• Identify, document, and track bugs.

• Assist the dev team to diagnose and resolve bugs and performance issues.

• Validate bug fixes and ensure and ensure good governance.

• Work with business and Helpdesk to map and document current processes (as-is) and propose improved processes (to-be).

• Create visual process flows, swim lane diagrams, and workflows, basically helping us with blue printing and keeping documents up to date

• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation—including test plans, test cases, test reports,

setup guides, user manuals, and technical/process specifications.

• Document automation frameworks, setup guides, and usage instructions.

Key Competencies:

• Degree in Computer Science – this a must

• 2-4 years’ experience in software testing, automation, or business analysis – this a must and will be tested

• Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques – this a must

 

 

 

 

• Must prove experience with process mapping tools

• Must be able to prove working knowledge of test methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – this a must

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills- this a must
