Product Marketing Manager

We are now seeking a talented and driven Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our product marketing strategy. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts for our products, from conception to launch. You will work closely with our sales, product development, and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing plans that drive product awareness, demand, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets- Conduct market research and identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors' activities- Validate and define value propositions and product positioning- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product messaging, marketing collaterals, and sales tools- Plan and execute product launches, including product training, product demonstrations, and trade shows- Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies for product scalability- Develop and manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and industry thought leaders Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and customer insights- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment We offer a competitive salary package and benefits, along with opportunities for growth and development.
