Cleaning Team Leader

For this role it is ESSENTIAL to hold a valid UK driving license, a work vehicle will be provided for use during your working hours.A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a flexible and dedicated Mobile Cleaning Team Leader at Spotless Cleaning, based in Burton on Trent. The role involves undertaking cleaning services in the Burton, Derby, Lichfield and Ashby areas. Earliest start time-2pmLatest finish time-9pm This position is full time, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week Salary pro rata £26,728 with contracted 30 hours (£21,554 per annum) You will be an experienced Cleaner who knows the standards required to clean all different types of commercial buildings from offices to schools. You will be comfortable giving support and guidance where required. Your cleaning and leadership need to be of the highest standard as your shifts will range from starting new contracts to troubleshooting after a complaint to covering planned and unplanned absences. Therefore you need to have an extremely flexible approach, be happy to travel across multiple sites during one shift and love the challenge of bringing sites up to scratch. You will be provided a company van to use during work hours(Please note: You will pick the van up each afternoon and return each evening from DE14 3AU)Permanent job 30 hours pay per weekNew company van with fuel cardYou will be fully employed PAYE not self employed.Uniform providedFortnightly pay28 days paid holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidaysSupport from ManagerImmediate start availableMUST be able to travel around Burton, Ashby, Lichfield and Derby area using the company vehicleRequirementsCandidates MUST live in or near to Burton on Trent and be comfortable travelling around Burton, Derby, Ashby and LichfieldCandidates MUST be able to drive and have 3 points or less on their driving licenseUsually at least one reference from a previous employer is requiredExperience of professional cleaning, COSHH etc is preferred
