EXECUTIVE, MARKETING

1. Platform Performance & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns (Double Digit, Payday, Mega Sales).

• Optimize promotions, pricing, vouchers, and bundles to drive sales.

• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

2. E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

• Develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies aligned with business targets.

• Coordinate platform-led initiatives and brand collaborations.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and healthcare regulations.

3. Inventory & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate stock planning with outlets, warehouse, and procurement teams.

• Minimize stock-out, overstock, and order fulfillment issues.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to support decision-making.

5. Teamwork & Coordination

• Liaise with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Operations teams.

• Support new platform onboarding, campaigns, and ad-hoc projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or any related field.

Knowledge and Experience:

• At least 1–2 years of working experience in e-commerce operations, online marketing, or graphic design is preferred.

• Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, including seller tools and campaign mechanics.

• Hands-on experience in graphic design and digital visual production for online platforms.

• Knowledge of e-commerce metrics, customer engagement strategies, and performance optimization.

• Experience in handling store operations: product listing, promotions, vouchers, chat management, and order fulfillment.
