Quality & Regulatory Lead

Salary c£45,000 - £55,000

We are currently recruiting for a Quality & Technical Lead for a high-growth wellness brand that has seen significant expansion in recent years. Based in central London, the business supplies premium health products to an international customer base and is looking for a technical expert to support its global scale.

The Quality & Technical Lead will work closely with suppliers and 3rd party manufacturers to ensure safety, compliance, and world-class manufacturing standards. You will be responsible for ensuring products are legally compliant, technically robust, and consistently manufactured to the highest standards across all markets.

The successful Quality & Technical Lead will possess the following skills and experiences:

• Proven experience in quality or regulatory roles within food, supplements, or beverages.

• Strong regulatory knowledge of food and supplement frameworks across UK/EU and international markets.

• Technical proficiency in reviewing product specifications, ingredient documentation, and maintaining technical files/SKUs.

• Experience managing co-manufacturers and production partners to ensure quality control and resolve technical issues.

• Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
