Description
- Driving Sales & Customer Service: Lead the team in delivering personalized service and inclusive store experiences. Drive growth and loyalty through proactive clienteling, relationship-building, and community initiatives
- Styling & Product Knowledge: Provide expert styling advice and maintain deep knowledge of collections, fabrics, and trends. Maximize sales by communicating brand USPs and providing actionable feedback tomanagement to support strategic growth
- Leading & Development: Partner with the Store Manager to coach and mentor the team. Provide real-time shop floor feedback to foster a collaborative environment and improve individual and team performance
- Store Standards & Operations: Maintain premium visual merchandising and presentation standards. Oversee stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and POS processes while implementing innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement and operational excellence
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of retail sales experience
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of Shopify POS, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, inventory management, and cash handling
- Ability to adapt and find solutions in response to challenges, align with local activity or seasonal changes to ensure targets can be met
