As a Brokerage Product Business Analyst, you will draw on deep expertise in Brokerage products and experiences, as well as a familiarity with customer needs and sentiment.  You will support delivery of Brokerage products and experiences by:

• Partnering with Product, User Experience, Technology, Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver digital brokerage solutions that improve customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
• Translating business needs and insights into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs that enable efficient delivery.
• Using data, customer feedback, and business trends to identify opportunities, prioritize enhancements, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Conducting testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver the intended customer and business outcomes.
• Supporting product launches through readiness activities, content reviews, communications, and educational materials that promote successful adoption.
• Monitoring product performance, measure outcomes, and provide ongoing production support, using insights and learnings to drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage and refine AI skills and tools to streamline and perform daily tasks.

The Expertise & Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in financial services, brokerage, or investing.
• Strong knowledge of brokerage products, customer needs, and digital experiences.
• Series 7 required
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, supporting testing, and delivering digital solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and business insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and measure outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI tools and emerging AI capabilities, with the ability to apply them to improve business outcomes.
• Effective communications skills, collaborating well across teams, escalating progress and blockers influences decisions through clear recommendations and insights.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently and in ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.

 

The Team

The mission of the Digital Brokerage Team is to provide an outstanding digital experience, investment tools, brokerage operational support, marketing activities, and other services to our self-directed investors.  You will learn about the current Fidelity experience and investor behaviors at every touch point to share ideas with contacts to improve the customer experience.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
