• Previous experience working as a Head Chef.
• Ability to deliver and maintain consistently high standards.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team on a daily basis.
• Ability to prepare a variety of balanced, nutritious, and high-quality meals.
