How You'll Make an Impact
- Manage first-party property claims involving public adjusters, attorneys, and other represented parties
- Investigate coverage, damages, and claim exposures to make informed claim decisions
- Review estimates, supporting documentation, photos, and reports to evaluate losses accurately
- Negotiate claim resolutions with public adjusters, attorneys, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Establish and manage claim reserves throughout the life of the claim
- Maintain thorough claim documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelines
- Resolve disputed, and escalated claims while delivering a high level of service
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leadership to move claims to resolution efficiently
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Active adjuster license and ability to obtain and maintain required non-resident licenses
- 2+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience, including direct insurance carrier experience
- Experience handling represented claims involving public adjusters and/or attorneys
- Strong understanding of coverage analysis, claim negotiations, and state regulatory requirements
- Experience with Xactimate, Guidewire ClaimCenter, or similar claims platforms preferred
