This position will support the Quality Engineering group typically working as an assignee on smaller scale Quality Engineering projects or tasks related to larger scale Quality Engineering projects.
The tasks/projects performed by this individual will typically be monitored or managed by a Sr/Quality Engineer.

Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities will be project based. All responsibilities below may not be encompassed over the duration of the Co-Op’s term.
- Engineering Change Notice Reviews & Actions Auditing.
- Writing work instructions and compliance surveys.
- Creating quality alerts
- Performing validation tests.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in an applicable engineering program and in good standing with the university/college.
- At a minimum, completed 1 year is engineering program.
- Ability to adapt quickly and positively to changing priorities and processes.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, written and verbal, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to ask clarifying questions when necessary.
- Fluent in Microsoft product suite
Preferred Qualifications
- General understanding and applicability of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
- General knowledge of CAD and SolidWorks.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or 13485 and/or FDA Part 820

Compensation
The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.For temp, temp-to-hire, and regular full-time positions, our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
