Companion Animal Hospital is an established general practice supported by a dedicated team and a wonderful community of loyal clientele. We’re looking for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys building lasting client relationships, practicing quality medicine, and having surgery and dentistry as part of their regular caseload.

Clinic Snapshot
Practice type: General Practice
Avg. daily patient volume: Approximately 14 appointments per doctor
Support staff ratio: 2:1 DVM-to-tech ratio
Case mix: Preventive care, general medicine, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, including spays, neuters, and mass removals
Schedule: Flexible 3–4 day work week with approximately 10-hour shifts
No urgent care, overnight, or on-call hours
Team culture: Dedicated support staff, experienced veterinary leadership, and a strong community of clients

Who You Are & How You’ll Make a Difference
You are a veterinarian who is:
Experienced and confident practicing independently in a general practice setting
Comfortable performing spays, neuters, mass removals, dental procedures, and other routine surgeries
Passionate about patient care and long-term client relationships
A collaborative teammate who thrives in a positive, supportive culture
Committed to continuous growth and excellence
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university (required)
Active or eligible veterinary license in [State]
Experience practicing small animal general medicine
Independent surgical proficiency with routine soft tissue procedures
Dentistry experience
Compassionate, client-centered approach to care
Strong communication and client-education skills
Experienced DVM required; new graduates are not being considered for this opening
