What this job involves:

• Supervise the hotline and counter team

• Manage and arrange the site tour

• Prepare reports / documentation for analysis

• Ensure works are compliance with the Company and the Client’s policy and standards including health & safety work practices in the client’s office

• Provide quality services to customers and handle customers' enquiries politely

• Manage and respond to tenants relating to facilities in the Landlord's portfolio;

• Coordinate with tenancy, technical, project, security, landscaping, and cleaning teams for the areas assigned;

  Issue incident reports and coordinate with relevant parties for actions;

• Respond to landlord's queries on facilities matters;

• Perform roster weekend duties and other ad hoc duties;

• Manage insurance claims and be the point of contact to bridge between all internal and external groups.

• Handle ad hoc duties

Desired experience and technical skills required

• Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management / Property Management or relevant disciplines.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in FM/PM field is preferred

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English with good presentation and communication skill

• Interface with clients, landlords, consultants, contractors, and suppliers required

On-site –Hong Kong, SAR, China
