Elm Crest Senior Living Community is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support resident care. This is a PRN, on-call role, and you can pick up shifts ranging from part-time to full-time hours based on your availability. What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being
• Conduct resident assessments and contribute to care planning
• Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individual care plans
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff on personalized care plans

What You'll Need

Required:

• Active LPN license (Iowa license, or active multistate license from an NLC compact state)
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English (needed to communicate directly with residents, families, and the care team)

Preferred:

• Long-term care experience (new grads welcome)
