Title: Technical support specialist - L1
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Onsite position with shifts rotation
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to customers using NCR Voyix Hospitality solutions, including Aloha POS.
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and support systems.
Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and point-of-sale (POS) issues.
Use remote support tools to diagnose and resolve customer problems.
Escalate complex issues to senior support teams when needed.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce/NEOS.
Follow established support procedures and service standards.
Keep customers informed on the status of their requests and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and deliver excellent customer service.
Continuously develop technical and communication skills through training and coaching.
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
