About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director, Research to join our nationally recognised Research & Insight team, delivering the strategic intelligence that drives business growth and client success. This is a rare opportunity to become a recognised voice within Australia's commercial property sector while shaping the future of office market research, analysis and thought leadership.
Working closely with Tenant Representation, Leasing and Capital Markets teams, you'll deliver market-leading office market insights that influence client decision-making, drive business growth and elevate Cushman & Wakefield's position as a trusted advisor. This highly visible role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to help define what best-in-class office market research looks like while building your personal profile as an industry expert.

Key Responsibilities
Lead office market research, analysis and thought leadership initiatives
Produce insightful market commentary, reports and industry publications
Identify key market trends, risks and opportunities across the office sector
Deliver data-driven insights that support client strategy and business growth
Develop and present market updates to clients, industry groups and internal stakeholders
Support client pitches, proposals and strategic projects with market intelligence
Drive innovation in research methodologies, reporting and data visualisation
Collaborate with all office-related team nationally
Contribute to cross-sector research initiatives and thought leadership campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry participants and internal stakeholders
Enhance Cushman & Wakefield's profile as a market leader through high-quality research and public engagement
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial property research, economics or market analysis
Strong knowledge of the Australian office property market
Proven experience producing high-quality research reports and market insights
Exceptional analytical, quantitative and critical thinking skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Confident presenter with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
Experience managing research projects from conception through to delivery
Advanced data analysis and data visualisation capability
Master's degree or PhD highly regarded
