Tu es à la recherche d’un stage en entreprise afin de finaliser ton CFC d‘employé de commerce ou poursuivre tes études dans une haute école ?

En effet, nous sommes à la recherche d’un-e stagiaire du 1er août 2027 au 31 juillet 2028. Chez Zoetis, tu feras partie du service client afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins et aux attentes de nos clients. Tu seras également affecté-e à différentes tâches administratives et organisationnelles pour contribuer au bon fonctionnement de notre entreprise.

TON DOMAINE D‘ACTIVITÉS

• Traitement des commandes clients via SAP
• Envoi de matériel marketing aux clients et employés
• Assistance au département „Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operation“ pour le contrôle de documents et l‘archivage
• Création d‘ordres d‘achats grâce au logiciel Ariba
• Traitement des factures fournisseurs

CE QUE NOUS ATTENDONS

• Que tu sois détenteur d’une Maturité Gymnasiale, d’un CFC d’employé de commerce, ou tout autre diplôme similaire
• Que tu aies de bonnes connaissances en allemand ou en anglais
• Que tu sois à l’aise avec l’utilisation de divers systèmes informatiques

Are you looking for a company internship to finalize your commercial employee CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) or to continue your studies at a university of applied sciences?

We have the position for you!

We are looking for an intern from August 1st, 2027, until July 31st, 2028. At Zoetis, you will be part of the customer service department to best meet the needs and expectations of our customers. You will also be assigned to various administrative and organizational tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of our company.

You will have the chance to work in a particularly friendly atmosphere.

YOUR TASKS

• Processing customer orders via SAP
• Sending marketing materials to customers and employees
• Assistance to the "Regulatory Affairs and Quality Operation" department for document control and archiving
• Creation of purchase orders using Ariba software
• Processing supplier invoices

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• That you hold a Gymnasiale Matura (high school diploma), a commercial employee CFC, or any other similar diploma
• That you have a good knowledge of German or English
• That you are comfortable with the use of various computer systems
