Sales Representative

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to grow our business across dental clinics and laboratories within an assigned territory. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and promote our innovative portfolio of dental solutions to help customers achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Build trusted partnerships with dental professionals and serve as their key business contact
• Create and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Promote Nobel Biocare products, solutions, education programs, and events
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that support practice growth
• Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitive developments within the territory
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account plans
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Job Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare, dental, medical device, or related industries
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent planning and territory management abilities
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in the local language; English is an advantage
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory

This field-based role requires approximately 80% travel, with occasional international travel and weekend participation at industry events, congresses, and training programs.
