Senior Solution Architect (Enterprise Managed Services & Transformation)

We are hiring a hands-on Senior Solution Architect (Enterprise Managed Services) to lead architecture, presales, transition, transformation, and delivery across large-scale managed services engagements spanning AD, AMS, IMS, SAP, Cloud, NOC, SOC, and Enterprise Platforms.

This role is suited for architects who can independently shape, win, and transform multi-year managed services engagements by defining modern operating models, platform-led service architectures, automation strategies, and global delivery models for enterprise customers.

What You Will Do

• Architect enterprise managed services solutions across AD, AMS, IMS, SAP, Cloud, NOC, SOC, and Enterprise Platforms.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses, solution design, operating model definition, estimation, transition planning, and solution defence.
• Define scalable service architectures covering L1/L2/L3 support, global delivery/GCC models, governance, SLAs/KPIs/XLAs, security, and resilience.
• Design modern managed services leveraging Platform Engineering, Automation, AIOps, Observability, DevSecOps, SRE, and AI-enabled operations.
• Drive transition and transformation initiatives including legacy modernization, cloud transformation, application rationalization, automation, and continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and operationally executable.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in Enterprise Managed Services, Solution Architecture, or Service Architecture.
• Proven experience architecting or managing large enterprise managed services engagements across AD, AMS, IMS, SAP, and Cloud.
• Experience supporting enterprise estates comprising 100+ applications with complex infrastructure, cloud, and platform environments.
• Experience shaping or delivering multi-year managed services contracts with USD 50M–100M+ TCV preferred.
• Strong experience with L1/L2/L3 support models, global delivery, GCC, ITIL/ITSM, SLA governance, and service transformation.
• Strong architecture, consulting, and presales experience including RFP/RFI responses, estimation, commercial solutioning, and executive presentations.
• Experience with modern managed services technologies including ServiceNow, AIOps, Observability, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Operations, and AI-driven automation.
• Experience establishing platform-led operating models, automation-first delivery, GCCs, or managed services transformation is highly desirable.
