Position Summary

The candidate will be responsible for defining, designing and delivering scalable and sustainable software solutions focused on using AI. You will be a part of the Engineering team and will be working on the products that stay at the core of the organization.

Projects you will be working on:

• Internal AI integration platform
• Business process automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the engineering, development and maintenance of our products 
• Work with the PM to provide estimates for technical activities
• Analyze requirements and produce documentation for architectural recommendations, systems, and code-level design
• Consult with other project managers, development teams, and generally contribute your skills wherever required
• Perform code reviews for standards, quality assurance, and security audit purposes. 
• Address day-to-day and longer term technical issues and problems
• Participate in the R&D phase to evaluate new technologies, solutions and software
• Automate regression and integration tests using AI

Skills and Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in web development
• Experience with planning, debugging, and writing code with Claude Code
• Skills to design a software (DB structure, components, API, integrations)
• Experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS, DynamoDB, S3, and Fargate)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and API design.
• Experience with Node and Typescript
• Experience with SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, Snowflake)
• Experience with LLM (Agents, embeddings, MCP, RAG, API of frontier LLMs)
• Familiarity with React
• Experience with development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and design patterns.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members
• Good communication skills
• Mindset of an engineer (attention to application performance, debugging skills)
