First National Bank of Osakis is looking for a Full-Time Customer Care Representative to join our community banking team! If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making someone’s day a little easier, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This full time position has a Monday through Friday schedule with a Saturday rotation and is located in Osakis.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be an important part of creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for every customer. You’ll provide fast, friendly, and professional service while assisting customers with their everyday banking needs. In this role, you will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, operate the coin machine, trouble shoot online banking and debt card issues, and a variety of other banking tasks.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and thrives in a team-focused environment. Previous customer service, cash handling or banking experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person. As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills, expand your banking knowledge, and explore a variety of opportunities within this position.
