Our service center operations form a vital part of our safety and security ecosystem, ensuring mission-critical continuity, field service dispatch, and responsive technical support across Tokyo and key customer sites.

Job Description

The Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in driving daily service continuity and operational efficiency across our Tokyo facilities. Operating within a collaborative, people-first culture, this role bridges customer needs with technical execution by managing real-time requests, optimizing technician deployments, and maintaining meticulous operational documentation.

We are looking for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can ensure high-quality client support while helping to maintain critical departmental SLAs. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Service Operations & Dispatch Management

• Oversees end-to-end service dispatch and scheduling to support seamless daily field operations
• Processes and prioritizes client service requests efficiently to meet operational commitments
• Coordinates technician schedules and staff deployments to optimize response times and resource utilization

Client Support & SLA Resolution

• Resolves immediate client inquiries and service issues to support departmental service level agreements
• Serves as a primary point of contact for operational coordination between clients and technical teams
• Helps to ensure consistent service delivery quality across all Tokyo service center activities

Documentation & Process Continuity

• Maintains rigorous documentation and detailed service records to ensure complete transparency
• Coordinates cross-functional workflow hand-offs using digital productivity suites
• Helps to provide continuous process improvement to elevate daily service desk workflows

Basic Requirements

• Ideally a Bachelor Degree
• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, operations support, or administration

Technical Expertise

• Productivity Tools to manage office documentation, spreadsheet modeling, and business presentations using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Language Proficiency to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Japanese within a professional business environment

Professional Experience

• Service Coordination to manage technician schedules, prioritize incoming service requests, and drive end-to-end dispatch operations
• Client Communication to resolve urgent issues, support departmental SLAs, and convey complex information clearly across teams
• Documentation Management to organize, maintain, and audit precise operational records and service logs
