Group/Division

The KLA Services team consists of Service Sales, Marketing, Spares Supply Chain Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, Digital Solutions and Analytics, and Technical Product Support. Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets – with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Responsibility

1.Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer site. Ensures equipment enhances customer production.
2.Repairs of system level problems (which have multiple causes and for which no standard procedures exist) at customer sites. Represents the company to the customer and assume accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
3.Assures operational quality of system equipment. Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
4.Prepares fields service reports on customer support activity and provide documentation to other supporting functions supporting functions on re-occurring problems.
5.Assists other field service engineers as appropriate.
6.Travels by car or commercial transportation to customer facility.

Minimum Qualifications

1.Fluency in both Mandarin and English

2.Strong computer skills with Windows base application, Excel / power point, and network function / database related.

3. BS/MS major in Mechanical, Electrical/ Electro-optical, Controlling Engineering, or other Computer-science related fields.

4. Good attitude on learning new technology and willing to take challenge.

5. Exp. or knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is preferred

6. Must be a strong team player, supporting & analytical skill and good working habits

7. People-oriented, strong customer service focus and able to work under pressure

8. Must be willing to work in semiconductor clean room environment

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
