Your Tasks

• Manage and coordinate the monthly payroll process for Italy
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance and timely processing
• Review payroll inputs, outputs and reconciliation reports
• Handle hires, terminations, transfers and rehires
• Support Italian payroll legislation, CCNL requirements and statutory reporting
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries
• Work closely with HR, Finance, People Operations and external payroll providers
• Support payroll activities in ADP GlobalView and Workday

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on Italian payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of Italian payroll legislation and compliance
• Experience managing payroll for 300+ employees
• Experience with complex payroll corrections and employee lifecycle processes
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken
• Independent and structured working style

Nice to have:

• Experience with ADP GlobalView and/or Workday HCM
• Experience in multinational or shared service environments
• Experience with payroll transitions, transformations or vendor-managed payroll
