Introduction

The Analyst Program is a full-time opportunity to build a long-term career in investment banking. You will join one of our Corporate and Investment Banking teams and begin developing the skills needed to support clients through capital raising and strategic transactions.

Program Overview

The EMEA Early Careers Programme is your gateway to a 24-month intensive experience in Corporate & Investment Banking. As a graduate analyst, you’ll build leadership skills, gain in-depth business knowledge, and develop a comprehensive understanding of Wells Fargo’s operations.

Your journey begins with a robust training program in the United States, where you’ll join analysts from across the globe. This immersive training covers financial accounting, cash flow, credit analysis, product structuring, corporate valuation, and financial modelling. You’ll return equipped with the skills and insights needed to make an immediate impact.

Banking and Capital Markets (“BCM”) Overview

The BCM team sits within Wells Fargo’s Corporate and Investment Bank and is dedicated to understanding the unique competitive and operating environments of our clients. Combining strong relationships and industry knowledge with superior capital markets and advisory capabilities, our team excels in delivering exceptional execution. BCM is organised across coverage and product teams, covering Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions, Fund Finance, and M&A, among others.

Requirements

Final-year undergraduate (graduating June 2027)
Strong interest in finance demonstrated through experience or extracurricular activities
Academic excellence with a proven track record
Fluent in English

Desired Qualities

Knowledge of another language other than English, E.g., French, Spanish, Italian or other language

Engaging, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of mathematical principles
High personal accountability and urgency in achieving goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
