Are you a compliance professional who thrives on partnering with the business to drive strong governance and regulatory outcomes? We're seeking a Senior Compliance Advisor to play a key role in strengthening compliance practices across a diverse portfolio of programs and regulatory obligations.

In this highly visible role, you will provide trusted compliance advice and practical support across the organisation, helping to uplift compliance frameworks, obligations management, monitoring activities, and risk remediation initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to embed effective controls, enhance governance, and ensure compliance with key regulatory programs including Privacy, AFSL, AML/CTF, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide expert compliance advice and support across multiple Compliance Programs.
• Maintain and enhance obligations registers, control assessments, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Monitor compliance issues, incidents, and remediation actions to ensure timely resolution of regulatory risks.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen compliance controls and governance practices.
• Contribute to business, divisional, and Board-level reporting, leveraging technology to drive innovation and efficiency.

About you:

• Proven experience in compliance, risk, governance, or a related regulatory environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, obligations management, and control design.
• Demonstrated experience with or exposure to compliance programs supporting AFSL management and privacy risk will be highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business solutions.
