Position Summary
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct nursing care to residents, collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team, and promotes the highest standards of quality care in a skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and committed to enhancing the lives of our residents.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who:
- Hold a current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
- Have at least 2 years of LVN experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
- Demonstrate a passion for caring for seniors
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Can follow directions, implement care plans, and adapt to ongoing training
- Exhibit excellent critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment
- Are compassionate, reliable, and work well as part of a team
