Senior Brand Manager - Juice & Drinks Portfolio
Part-Time (3-4 Days per Week) | Hybrid | Docklands, Melbourne

The Role

Join Bega Group as the Senior Brand Manager - Juice & Drinks Portfolio, where you'll lead the strategy, performance and growth agenda across a portfolio of iconic chilled and ambient beverage brands including Daily Juice, Mildura, The Juice Brothers, Berri, Just Juice and Prima.

Working 3-4 days per week, you will be an experienced and commercial Senior Brand Manager, with proven experience driving brand growth, innovation, portfolio performance and category expansion through strong leadership, strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategies and annual brand plans across the Juice & Drinks portfolio

• Manage brand performance including sales, market share, profitability and brand equity outcomes

• Drive innovation, renovation, packaging and value-creation projects through Stage Gate processes

• Develop and execute brand communications, activation and customer marketing programs.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver portfolio growth and business objectives

About You

• Proven senior brand marketing experience within FMCG, ideally in beverage, chilled or ambient categories

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multiple brands, projects and stakeholders

• Ability to translate consumer, customer and category insights into growth strategies and innovation opportunities

• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach

• Self-driven, adaptable and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
