Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working within dynamic teams to build scalable and efficient software using contemporary development methodologies. Daily activities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, iterating on software designs, and continuously improving application performance to meet evolving organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), DevOps, Infrastructure As Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and deployment strategies within AWS environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline infrastructure management.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
