Short Facts
To support this mission, we are looking for a structured and driven Strategy & Business Ops based in Warsaw, Poland. If you’re someone who doesn’t wait for permission to solve a problem, thrives on learning and adapting, and takes full responsibility for delivering meaningful outcomes, we’d love to talk.
Join us on our journey: As our Strategy & Business Ops Manager, you will run the operating system of Entrix Polska, the market leader in one of Europe’s most active battery storage markets. You will own the operating rhythm and the planning process of the Polish business, and manage the strategic projects that cut across functions. You will report to the Country Manager Poland, with a dotted line to our Strategy & Business Ops Director, and work hand in hand with the Polish leadership team and our global functions in Munich to keep the business focused, aligned, and moving fast.
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Employment Type: Full-time employment contract (Umowa o Pracę), indefinite term
Working Mode: Office work set up with expectations to travel (e.g. team summits across our international offices, planning sessions in Munich…)
Language Requirement: Fluent Polish, English C1
Your Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who is deeply proactive and accountable - someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them, and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.
Mandatory Requirements
4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, founder’s associate, chief of staff, or similar roles in high-growth companies
Demonstrated success running planning and governance processes end to end: business reviews, budgeting cycles, roadmapping, or goal-setting processes
Strong analytical and financial skills, comfortable building business plans, budgets, and performance reporting from scratch
Track record of earning trust and getting things done across functions and geographies, without relying on formal reporting lines
Excellent structuring and communication skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear materials, options, and decisions
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about building Entrix’s business in a fast-scaling environment
High adaptability and comfort with change; you embrace learning and iteration in a dynamic environment
Skills to Set You Apart
You have a genuine curiosity about the energy markets and battery storage; and a steep learning curve are the must-haves, and deep sector expertise can be built
You have a strong sense of agency: you’re someone who turns ideas into action and doesn’t just talk about change; you lead it
You operate with a growth mindset: you see challenges as opportunities, adapt fast, and are constantly learning
You are deeply responsible: when you see a problem, you take ownership and drive toward solutions, rather than waiting to be asked
You enjoy working in an early-stage, entrepreneurial environment where building processes, relationships, and value go hand in hand
This role may not be a fit for you if…
You prefer roles with a narrow, fixed remit and limited cross-team interaction
You are not comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and market landscape
You need formal authority to drive change, rather than thriving on influence and ownership
We are committed to diversity - of all backgrounds and experiences. You don’t need 100% of the preferred qualifications to add incredible value to our team. If you’re passionate about what you could accomplish here, we’d love to hear from you.

A Short Note from Your Future Lead
Hi there,
I’m Aleksandra, and I’m Country Manager Poland at Entrix. Over the past years, I’ve worked with some of the largest renewable energy investors across Europe. I’ve negotiated PPAs, built commercial partnerships, developed new services like battery optimization, and managed a portfolio of over 1.7 GW. I’ve worked on both strategy and execution, and I’ve seen first-hand how fast this market is evolving.
At Entrix, we’re building something ambitious — a smart, tech-driven energy trading company to unlock the full value of battery storage in energy markets. In Poland, this means we’re often first movers. We work at the intersection of energy markets, technology and regulation. The projects are complex, the landscape is evolving quickly, and our customers rely on us to help them make their battery projects bankable and successful.
To succeed here, three things matter most: agency, adaptability, and accountability. We need people who take ownership, drive things forward without waiting to be asked, and are ready to adjust course as the market shifts.
If you’re someone who enjoys turning ideas into action, solving real-world problems, and working closely with a tight-knit and ambitious team, I believe you’ll enjoy being part of what we’re doing here.
Looking forward to what we’ll create together,
Aleksandra
