About the role:
As a Senior Lead, People Experience & Enablement, you will design and deliver employee experiences that bring people strategies to life across the organization. Partnering with leaders and human resources teams, you will translate priorities into practical programs and tools employees can adopt and sustain. This role combines experience design, change enablement and continuous improvement to strengthen engagement and long-term impact.
What you will be doing:
Design experiences that support adoption of people programs, processes, tools and new ways of working.
Partner with human resources subject matter experts and business leaders to turn strategic priorities into meaningful employee experiences.
Develop activation plans, reinforcement approaches and leadership practices that sustain behavior change.
Facilitate listening sessions, workshops and co-creation activities to identify employee needs, opportunities and adoption barriers.
Create scalable frameworks, experience patterns and best practices that can be applied consistently across the enterprise.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on experience design, enablement and adoption strategies.
Measure employee experience effectiveness using feedback, adoption insights and other indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Connect people initiatives across the employee journey to create an intentional and aligned experience.
Work across functions to embed people strategies, capabilities and behaviors into day-to-day operations.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Extensive experience leading employee experience, organizational change, enablement, adoption or transformation initiatives within a large organization.
Demonstrated success designing and implementing programs that influence employee behavior and support long-term adoption of new ways of working.
Strong consulting, facilitation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
Experience using employee feedback, journey mapping, research or data-driven insights to improve employee experiences and business outcomes.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
A portfolio of change management collateral, strategic design collateral, and/or a framework for workshopping strategy
Familiarity with design/video technology (Canva, etc...)
Experience applying design thinking, human-centered design or customer experience methodologies in an employee experience environment.
Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation, culture or change management initiatives.
