The Role
Support the digital transformation and continuous improvement of training and certification processes across manufacturing and recycling operations. This role will contribute to process standardization, data management, and the implementation of digital solutions that enhance efficiency, traceability, and employee development.
What You'll Do (Impact Areas)
- Support the digitalization of training processes, records, and documentation.
- Manage and maintain databases related to employee certifications and training compliance across plants.
- Assist in converting operational and administrative forms and processes into digital platforms and workflows.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within training and development processes.
- Support the standardization and alignment of training processes across recycling plants.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor training status, certification progress, and key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks through automation and digital tools.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Administration, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Strong interest in process improvement, digitalization, and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, or similar digital tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
