As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role focuses on overseeing the entire quality engineering function, ensuring that automation drives improvements in control, accuracy, and data integrity. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and deliver reliable outcomes through innovative testing methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration testing and performance testing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

The following are the mandatory skill requirements for this role:

1) Hands-on implementation experience in SAP FSCM Advanced Credit Management
2) Experience in conversion activities
3) Ability to directly engage with clients, understand and gather requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and proof of concepts
