The Applied AI team focuses on developing advanced Search and Personalization solutions to improve the shopping experience through relevant and intuitive product discovery. Utilizing machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, the team builds scalable systems aligned with business objectives. Members collaborate by applying expertise in algorithms, data analysis, and solution design to deliver impactful results. The team fosters a professional environment emphasizing technical excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-focused innovation, driving significant advancements in data science and artificial intelligence within the organization.
What you'll do:
- Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and analytical solutions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature selection, and hypothesis testing to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven strategies and solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable analytical models ensuring alignment with data quality and governance standards.
- Utilize programming languages such as SQL and Python to manage data and automate analytical processes.
- Mentor junior associates in modeling techniques and data analysis best practices.
- Generate clear data visualizations and reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in data management, data quality standards, and data governance to ensure reliable and scalable data solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques to develop and deploy analytical models.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, and related languages for code development, testing, and model implementation.
- Experience with big data analytics platforms and tools, including AWS SageMaker and MLOps practices, to support model scalability and sustainability.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions with sound analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights and model outcomes.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
