In the role of Business Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The role requires translating complex business needs into practical, technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering collaboration across multiple teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in developing and documenting business cases to support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Skilled in designing operating models that integrate technology solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
