    • Develop and deliver executive-level and Board-ready presentations, business cases, and communications supporting major capital investments and growth opportunities.

    • Facilitate decision-making processes among executive stakeholders by translating complex business challenges into actionable strategies.

    Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Lead and influence cross-functional teams across a matrixed organization to drive alignment, accountability, and program success.

    • Champion program management best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational excellence.

    • Support organizational change management efforts while fostering collaboration and agility across stakeholder groups.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.

    • 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, infrastructure planning, utility operations, commercial development, or a related discipline.

    • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives with enterprise impact.

    • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

    • Experience establishing or managing program governance and portfolio management processes.

    • Proven ability to manage complex program risks, competing priorities, and organizational dependencies.

    • Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

    • Ability to synthesize complex information and translate business challenges into actionable plans and recommendations.

    • Advanced experience developing executive-level presentations, business cases, and Board materials.

    • Demonstrated change leadership skills and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or comparable certification.

    • Experience supporting utility infrastructure, energy, data center development, large capital projects, or commercial growth initiatives.

    • Familiarity with portfolio management, capital planning, or enterprise transformation programs.
