Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY 

Nextpower is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead the configuration, maintenance, enhancement and day-to-day support of supply chain and transportation technology. The role combines deep supply chain and transportation domain knowledge with hands-on expertise across Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM), supplier-facing applications, Anaplan and FourKites track and trace. The successful candidate will translate business needs into reliable system solutions, improve operational visibility and help ensure continuity across planning, execution, trade compliance and supplier collaboration. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Own functional support and continuous improvement for OTM and GTM, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, configuration changes, testing and production support. 

• Configure and maintain OTM processes for order management, shipment planning, rate and contract management, tendering, carrier collaboration, freight settlement, tracking and execution workflows. 

• Configure and support GTM capabilities including product classification, country of origin, duty and tariff determination, landed cost, restricted party screening, sanctions and trade compliance controls. 

• Support integrations and data flows between OTM, GTM, ERP, WMS, supplier portal, Anaplan, FourKites and other custom applications. Validate interfaces, monitor failures and coordinate defect resolution. 

• Partner with sourcing, logistics, transportation, finance, trade compliance, suppliers and freight forwarders to document requirements and convert them into scalable system solutions. 

• Manage changes across development, test and production environments, including release planning, regression testing, UAT support, deployment coordination and post-release validation. 

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, alerts and operational metrics that improve shipment visibility, supplier performance, freight cost control and exception management. 

• Create clear functional specifications, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, operating procedures and user training materials. 

• Identify opportunities to simplify manual work, improve data quality, strengthen controls and use system capabilities to support business growth. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field. 

• 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics technology or related operations, with significant experience supporting enterprise supply chain applications. 

• Deep hands-on experience configuring, maintaining and supporting Oracle Transportation Management and Oracle Global Trade Management in a production environment. 

• Strong understanding of transportation planning and execution, carrier and freight forwarder operations, tendering, rate management, freight settlement, shipment visibility and trade compliance. 

• Practical experience with supplier portals or supplier collaboration applications, Anaplan planning models and FourKites or comparable track and trace platforms. 

• Experience with requirements analysis, configuration, test management, UAT, incident/change management and production support. 

• Working knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL. Familiarity with OTM/GTM integrations, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or ERP/WMS interfaces. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Able to work independently and collaborate across business and technology teams. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience with OTM/GTM Cloud implementations, upgrades, patches, environment migrations or large-scale enhancement programs. 

• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud, ERP, WMS, S&OP or supply planning processes. 

• Experience supporting global trade programs involving tariff classification, duty and tax analysis, sanctions screening, RPLS/denied-party screening and audit controls. 

• Oracle certification in OTM, GTM or Supply Chain applications.
