POSITION TITLE:                 Sr. Supply Chain Analyst

POSITION LOCATION:        2633 Westpoint Blvd, Mooresville, IN 46158. *Hybrid (in office/remote) position

HOURS:                                  Full Time/40 hours

JOB DUTIES: Create effective distribution strategies by performing optimization analyses of supply, demand, and constraints. Distill data and present salient insights aimed at improving the operation of the distribution facility to a diverse audience (from associates and operators to facility leaders). Create dashboards and reports to empower the team to activate more effectively. Define meaningful key performance indicators (KPI’s) in collaboration with leadership and operations team members. Spearhead the creation of quality, maintainable data sources. Ensure and monitor data accuracy across analyses, data sources, reports, and dashboards. Drive outcomes by being proactive in recommendations and following up regularly on action items.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study and 3 years of experience in distribution data analytics, supply chain analytics, business data analytics, or any combination thereof. Employer will accept a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study and 1 year of post-baccalaureate experience in distribution data analytics, supply chain analytics, business data analytics, or any combination thereof, in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3 years of experience.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:

1) 3 years of experience in data visualization software.

2) 3 years of experience working with SQL in a business environment.

3) 3 years of experience working with Warehouse management systems’ database tables.

4) 3 years of experience creating models in Excel including date/time formulas, pivot tables, and xlookups.

5) 2 years of experience creating reports, dashboards, and defining metrics for data analysis and visualization.

6) 2 years of experience working on final execution by performing analysis, making recommendations, and driving outcomes to create optimizations or new processes from data.

7) 1 year experience in project management skills including creating trackers, communicating timelines, and project intake requirements.

8) Presenting plan concepts, ideas, and plans to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds. 

Any and all experience can be gained concurrently. For skills #1 through #6, employer will accept 1 year of experience when qualifying with a Master’s degree.

Salary: $68,702/yr. - $123,700/yr.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Mooresville, IN location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
