The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, plays a key role in driving operational excellence across the supply chain through strategic analysis, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities, conducting root cause analyses, and managing carrier relationships to enhance efficiency, service performance, and overall network effectiveness. Leveraging deep supply chain expertise, the Senior Analyst leads initiatives that support organizational objectives, influences business decisions through actionable insights, and champions continuous improvement efforts. This role ensures alignment between operational execution, KPI and business goals.
About the team:
Our team is dedicated to enhancing Walmart's transportation operations through expertise in supply chain management, data analytics, and continuous process improvement. We collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Carrier Performance, Carrier Procurement, Supplier Performance, and Supplier Operations, to identify trends, evaluate performance, and develop both short-term solutions and long-term strategies that improve efficiency, service, and execution. Team plays a key role in addressing complex operational challenges, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving continuous improvement across the transportation network. Success in this environment requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective time management, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
What you'll do:

• Analyze transportation and supply chain data to identify service risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and drive execution excellence.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable recommendations to improve performance.
• Monitor key metrics and create reporting that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and network performance.
• Provide data-driven insights to support carrier and supplier performance across Walmart's transportation network.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
