Job Description
As a Sr. Analyst you will play a critical role in protecting the end-to-end supply chain network through early detection of disruptions, analytical triaging and risk reporting. This role is responsible for continuously monitoring data feeds across suppliers, manufacturing sites, logistics channels and external macro environments to surface emerging vulnerabilities before disruption.
By maintaining dashboards, risk registers, and the escalation protocols you transform the raw risk signals into prioritized intelligence – enabling rapid handoffs to the response team for proactive mitigation and active event management.
Accountability /Objectives
- Improve early identification of supply chain risks across materials, suppliers, sites, logistics, and third parties.
- Increase the quality of risk signals by filtering noise and escalating only actionable issues.
- Strengthen visibility to operational, third-party, and enterprise risks through dashboards and review routines.
- Enable faster mitigation and response decisions by providing timely, relevant risk intelligence.
- Support modernization of risk sensing tools, workflows, and monitoring processes.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying, monitoring, and escalating emerging supply chain risks to enable proactive intervention and reduce business impact.
- Turn internal and external risk signals into actionable intelligence through risk sensing, alert triage, dashboarding, and cross-functional visibility routines. Monitor supplier, material, site, logistics, and external risk signals to identify emerging supply chain issues with potential business impact.
- Maintain dashboards, and risk registers, to improve visibility into vulnerabilities, trends, mitigation progress, and resiliency KPIs.
- Triage risks alerts and escalate based on business impact, supply relevance, time sensitivity, profit, and sales exposure.
- Execute seamless intelligence hand offs to response team for mitigation planning and active management.
- Collaborate cross functionally within supply chain, manufacturing, finance and other risk domains to validate signals, communicate threats, improve governance,
- Continuously enhance tools, workflows, and monitoring effectiveness.
Technical Skills & Professional Aptitudes
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power Bi, Tableau or similar)
- Hands on experience with supply chain mapping, risk radar platforms or predictive analytics technology (Resilinc, Everstream, Palantir) Risk sensing, monitoring, and alert triage
- Strong analytics and critical thinking skills, ability to distill massive volumes of unstructured data into prioritized and actional able business insights.
- High velocity mindset with ability to operate effectively under ambiguity during live disruption events.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate risk trends in terms of financial or customer impact Experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics, risk management, or resilience-related roles.
- Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology resilience testing monitoring, analytics, dashboards, or operational risk reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distinguish meaningful
- Knowledge of industry best practice (ISO 22301)

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
