Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Business Analyst Supply Execution & Inventory Management, you will support the EMEA Supply Execution & Inventory organization in improving processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and proactively managing inventory-related risks. You will work closely with the Manager Supply Execution & Inventory EMEA and team managers to turn complex business topics into clear recommendations and actionable solutions.

By combining strong analytical skills, an end-to-end business perspective, and a continuous improvement mindset, you will help the organization increase efficiency, reduce non-productive inventory, and create greater value through smarter and more streamlined ways of working.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze complex and non-recurring business topics, both for immediate business needs and longer-term initiatives, and translate findings into clear recommendations and actionable proposals.
• Partner closely with the Manager Supply Execution & Inventory EMEA to support key activities, prepare management meetings and presentations, and take ownership of assigned projects and tasks.
• Drive automation, simplification, and streamlining of processes within Supply Execution & Inventory and across interfaces with other functions, with a strong focus on increasing value while reducing effort.
• Support the Inventory Management team in the early identification and proactive prevention of Non-Productive Inventory, analyzing findings at relevant market and business levels and proposing concrete actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Execution & Inventory team managers to identify improvement opportunities, align priorities, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain and continuously improve the team's knowledge database and documentation in SharePoint, ensuring information is structured, accessible, and up to date.
• Represent the Supply Execution & Inventory team in cross-functional projects, contributing analytical expertise and ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Supply Management, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with advanced analytical tools to structure and solve complex business topics.
• Experience with SAP transactional and planning systems is considered a plus, as is knowledge of Power BI and experience in data visualization and reporting.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a strong focus on automation, process efficiency, simplification, and value creation.
• A proactive, reliable, and ownership-driven approach, combined with the ability to work accurately while remaining agile in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal; additional languages are considered an advantage.
