AI for Business is Strategic Workforce Development's hands-on AI training for employers, managers and staff. Your team learns to use Claude to take on the everyday work that eats up the week, so people can spend their time on what matters most.
What Your Team Will Learn
- Using Claude for email, reports, proposals, meeting notes and customer communication
- Speeding up estimating, scheduling, dispatching and office work
- Connecting AI to the tools your team already uses, like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Safe, responsible AI use: protecting company information and checking AI output
- Leadership for AI: how managers direct AI and build it into team workflows
Format and Dates
- Two-day in-person intensives: October 20–21, 2026 and November 17–18, 2026
- Online option: Thursdays at 7:00 PM, starting October 1, 2026
- Private sessions for your company can also be scheduled
Who Should Enroll
Business owners, managers, office and operations staff, estimators, dispatchers and any team that wants to work faster with AI. No experience required.
