Overview
Our client is a utility and they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Engineer (M365/EUC) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions with a focus on Microsoft 365 (M365) and End User Computing (EUC) environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize M365 Services: Lead projects and maintain platforms such as Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Forms.
- Active Directory and Identity Access Management: Administer and troubleshoot AD environments, ensuring seamless identity and access management, including authentication protocols.
- Endpoint Deployment: Drive initiatives around endpoint deployment and management using tools like SCCM and Intune.
- Migration & Upgrades: Plan and execute upgrades and migrations across the M365 and EUC landscapes.
- Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing: Conduct periodic DR tests to validate business continuity strategies.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to authentication, applications, devices, and collaboration tools within the M365 suite.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical configurations, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals and user needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Research and implement innovative technologies and best practices to enhance the overall IT environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Forms) and associated technologies.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory (AD) and Identity Access Management concepts, including authentication troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with SCCM and Intune for endpoint management and deployment strategies.
- Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery tests in IT infrastructure environments.
- Strong technical documentation skills to produce user-friendly and accurate documentation.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
