IN-Senior Associate _ IRDA-Infra_ Advisory_ Gurgaon

Job Description & Summary:

Responsibilities: 

Deal execution:  

o High quality collateral preparation such as Information Memorandum, Teaser, Financial Model, responses to Investor Queries etc  

o Candidates need to have full control over financial models for M&A and funding transactions, valuation using different valuation approaches such as relative valuation, DCF, replacement cost, etc. 

 o Manage the due diligence process  

o Preparation of investor long and shortlists and outreach for marketing, 

 o Industry research for market sizing, competition landscape, research for trading and transaction comps, research for investor identification and outreach, 

 o Joining negotiation discussions on term sheets and documentation / deal closure. 

 o Candidate will need to manage multiple mandates and juggle deliverables under tight client deadlines 

 o Candidate should be willing to work in all of the sub sectors within Infrastructure sector  

· Preparation of engagement letters, assistance with internal administrative matters such as invoicing, approvals, etc.  

· Participation in client and investor meetings and calls
